I loved its knowledgeable staff and the rooms were brand-new with two balconies overlooking the lake, mountain view and twin beds. The restaurant was good, excellent service, good food. I came here for 2 nights and had a really enjoyable stay.

Everything was great, this hotel had pretty friendly staff and handy location. I liked cheese, bread, pastries, scrambled eggs and meats for self service breakfast, overall the food was reasonably priced.

I liked the strategic location and the staff was genuinely friendly. The room was luxury and welcoming. English breakfast had plenty of options, like cereal, fresh bread, cheese, scrambled eggs and pastries. Near the public beach. The building itself was stylish with a nice garden. I had a warm time, good value.
The bathroom was uncomfortable.

We loved this hotel and would happily return when in Lugano. Friendly staff, air-conditioned rooms for fair prices. Buffet breakfast had a nice variety.

This hotel is equal to 4 stars. Lake view, attentive staff. Greatly enjoyed Bar Gelateria al Viale, it was just walking distance from the property and offered nice treats. The balcony had a table and chairs😃😀❤

we would go back in flash on our next trip to lugano. 10 minutes by car from the airport. sottovento fish bar is within walking distance the hotel.
